5-4-2000: I've been working on the jeff jr website and the new look still.......
4-25-2000: Now i'm still working, they are going up one by one, this is a really long process.
4-24-2000: Working on the new look for side pages still
4-23-2000: Working on the look for the WHOLE site this time; it looks bad with only the first page.
4-4-2000: I Added two sections, and i think i'm going to move this website to a ".com" address.
4-3-2000: I completely redid the look, now it looks awsome, and is viewable in netscape! Oh and
________ my dad just changed my damn parental controls! So this maybe the last day i can view
________ this site...i'm sorry for all of the people that were expecting a great site Vipr :(

i'm looking for a domain for this site. I would like about 30 - 40 megabytes and only pay about $5 - $7 a month. I've been looking for quite some time now and noone seems to want to. And i need a good damain name to...like www.viprmp3.com or something like that i would like so segestions becasue i really can't come up with anything right now. |

This site is maybe down for some time, it depends on how long it takes my dad to update the damn parental controls I HATE AOL, and i wish they never came of with that stupid idea, now i will be blocked from my own website! Damn it, i'm so sorry, the only cahnce i will get to update this site will be when my mother signs me on. Oh, and i don't think i can recieve internet e-mail either, only aol members can send me mail, this really sucks and i will trty to get back my other account ASAP. Sorry for the problem :( |

I just found out that my mom will sign me on every now and then to let me uplaod this site, so the problem is i will not be able to surf the net and get the mp3s, so i will have to wait till i get back the Instant Messanger prvlage, oh, and i heard my mom was watching the news and saw something on mp3s. The news said they were elegal, but the weird thing is, major companies like angelfire are seeling mp3s, and for a profit too! I just don't get it. Anyway if my mom finds out they are, she might not let me work on this site right now, so it is kinda hard now to get this site going. Oh, and one more thing, once freeservers finds this webpage they WILL delete it! That really sux casue right now this site is against their Terms of service, i think. I really did not read much but i happened to see a section on it and i think it is against their TOS, well, thanx for readin thins, vipr |

Mp3s - Are they legal? |

I have been wondering about this for a while, but you can look at this two ways. If you look at any CD it is obvious that there is a copyright, and no one can copy it in anyway or distribute it, we all know that. It is also common sense, i mean you are giving away someone's product. But the other way of looking at it is major sites like Angelfire.com, and tripod, are selling mp3s and making profits. Maybe they made some type of deal or something with a company, befcasue they haven't been sued yet. And the fact is on the copy right it says you can not distribute the product by way of profit, but abviously, no one is making a profit, just angelfire, and tripod, are loosing business. So it may be elegal for the fact that it is destroying business, or there may be some law saoing you can not reproduce their product in the first place that i don't know about. I will have to look more into it. Becasue i'm kinda confused about this whole ordeal, you know what i mean? Till then, i'm still not sure. I will write another article as soon as i find out. Vipr |
